An ever-changing, seasonal menu is handcrafted by Michelin trained chefs, using fresh, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Our selected meats are cooked by various techniques such as slow cooking, smoked and over charcoal. Combined with rubs, seasoning and herbs, creates for delicious and succulent flavours and aromas.
The bar offers a range of Aussie craft beers, local spirits, and cocktails, with a focus on natural wines.
